Halloween Marshmallow Bars

Hello hello hello! Today I made Halloween themed rice crispy bars for a party.

Halloween Marshmallow Bars Recipe
1 stick unsalted butter
8 cups rice cereal
4 cups mini marshmallows (plus 1/2 cup for later)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 white chocolate chips

First off, you're going to melt the butter, and then add the 4 cups of marshmallows. Heat those babies on low until they're all gooey and then add the vanilla!

YAY! Then add the rice cereal

Stir the rice cereal and melted marshmallows until all of the pieces are coated. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of marshmallows and mix until evenly distributed (but not melted!)

Spread into a greased 13x9 pan and let cool. (I didn't have a 13x9 on hand so I made do with cupcake pans)

Finally! When the treats are cooled, cut them (or pop them out of the cupcake pans! ;) Melt the milk chocolate and individual dip each bar into the chocolate. While the milk chocolate is drying, melt the white chocolate and spoon into a plastic bag with a VERY small tip cut off. Decorate the bars as you see fit!
